The essential basis of our data protection is the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) valid since May 25, 2018.
The purpose of data processing on this website is to provide information about products and services of our association, combined with the possibility for users to make targeted contact with in-house contacts. As a matter of principle, we only collect data that is either required by law or contract, or is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract, or has been provided to us voluntarily on the basis of consent. The websites accessible under the domain saunabund.de and all associated subdomains are operated by the Deutscher Sauna-Bund e.V. or Sauna-Matti GmbH. To apply for membership in the Deutscher Sauna-Bund e.V., the full name or full company name, e-mail address, address (billing and delivery address), telephone number and, for regular members, a self-assessment of the size of the company are required. We delete the above-mentioned data upon termination of membership in compliance with the statutory retention obligations. You have the right to retrieve, correct or delete the data at any time. - Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO for the necessary processing of personal data in order to protect the legitimate interests of us or of third parties, unless the fundamental freedoms and rights and interests of the data subject prevail. Legitimate interests are in particular our business interest in being able to provide our website, information security, the enforcement of our own legal claims and compliance with other legal provisions.
